CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICES
Marathon Estates offer a cleaning service tailored to your exacting needs. There is nothing worse than arriving to a house that isn’t spotless. We promise to maintain all of our clients properties with a high standard of cleanliness so that you start your holiday the moment you walk in the door.
The cleaning & laundry service includes:
• Arrival Cleans.
• Departure Cleans.
• Prep Cleans.
• Mid Terms.
• Spring Cleans.
• After Builder Cleans.
• Laundry.
• Rug Cleaning.
We charge 12€ per hour for cleaning and 9€ per person for laundry.
BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Little things can go wrong while you are away and we ensure that your property never falls into any disrepair by informing you instantly when we spot a problem on one of our inspections or if a tenant has any problems during their rental. We also offer a decorating service to keep your property always looking fresh and new! We give you a free quotation for all work before it is undertaken.
The service can include:

• Painting and Decorating.
